Career Opportunities

Job Duties and responsibilities:
• Assist new employee with new employee forms
• Process Medical Benefit forms (Add/Delete and change)
• Print out Medical Benefits invoices and make sure all the information is current
• Process semi-monthly payroll and maintain payroll information
• Manage and track time, attendance, and personal transaction in Mobile Time
• Review and audit hours from time keeping system
• Processing distribution of final payouts, emergency checks, or etc.
• Prepare variety of payroll and benefit reports
• Vacation, PTO and Sick Hours Report
• PR Filing
• Answering any employee payroll questions
• Keeping all the Calendar up to date
• Manage new hires, terminated, leave of absence, benefits, and direct deposits in ADP/Vista
• Reimbursement Receipts

Requirements:
Reliability (Must be able to arrive at work every day)
Punctuality (Arrive on time and ready to work)
Strong Work Ethic
Solid Clerical and Office Administration Experience
Must have payroll experience for at least 2 years
ADP knowledge is not required but plus
Must be able to read and interpret documents
Authorized to work in the United States

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

Pay: Starting $22/HR (Can be negotiable depending on experience)
Experience: Microsoft Office, VISTA, ADP
Location: Antioch office

Purchasing Agent/Estimator
Mike McCall Landscape, Inc is now hiring for a full-time Purchasing Agent/Estimator. The new employee is responsible for estimating and purchase orders in support of current and upcoming projects. Tasks will include helping with take offs, purchasing, working with vendors, and ordering materials for Irrigation, Drainage, Concrete, Hardscapes, Trees, and Shrubs. The new employee will be working with sales, purchasing, and estimating managers, project managers, foremen, and crew.

Qualifications:
Have some knowledge of Trees and Shrubs
Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
Driven to learn new things
Basic Computer Skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must be highly organized
Clear communication skills
Ability to manage time, tasks and stay focused on the job at hand
Must have a positive attitude
Spanish: Speak, Read and Write a plus

Position Details: Full-time
Starting Wage: $20/ Hour or DOE
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
