Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.
 • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and fostering effective sourcing channels.
 • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
 • Manage employee performance evaluation processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and facilitating feedback sessions.
 • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other employee benefits to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
 • Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA standards, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and other legal requirements across all HR functions.
 • Drive change management initiatives by leading organizational design projects, succession planning efforts, and affirmative action planning to foster diversity and inclusion.
 • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.
 • Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP and Viewpoint Vista for data collection, reporting, payroll processing, and personnel administration.
 • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting HR department operations through accurate data entry and documentation.


Qualifications
 •  Extensive experience in human capital management (HCM), workforce management, and strategic planning within HR departments.
 •  Proven ability in project management with a focus on organizational design and change management processes.
 •  Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA regulations.
 •  Proficiency in HR systems including ADP or Viewpoint Vista; skilled in Excel data analysis for reporting purposes.
 •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while engaging effectively with diverse teams.
 •  Experience in benefits administration—including payroll processing via ADP and Viewpoint Vista—and personnel administration tasks.
 •  Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and contract management.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records related to receivables. Your proactive approach will help streamline our revenue cycle management processes, support client relationships, and maintain compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP and SOX. Responsibilities

 • Process and record incoming payments using billing software Viewpoint Vista.
 • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions through detailed analysis of spreadsheets and accounting data
 • Manage collections accounts by following up on overdue invoices with professional communication and negotiation skills
 • Perform data entry with precision, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation tasks
 • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries promptly
 • Generate detailed reports on receivables status, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts using Excel formulas and analysis



Qualifications
 • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on accounts receivable management
 • Familiarity with accounting concepts such as debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and revenue cycle management
 • Proficiency in financial software including QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar systems; experience with medical billing or governmental accounting is a plus
 • Strong Excel skills including data analysis, spreadsheet management, and formula creation for report generation
 • Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), SOX compliance standards, and CPT coding or ICD-10 terminology preferred for specialized industries
 • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks
 • Effective communication skills for client interaction and negotiation related to collections or billing issues
 • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions
